Joe became an Army Master Fitness Trainer in 2000, but his approach to fitness is more "mellow" than his background may suggest.  He
has a broad range of experience to develop training plans for all levels of fitness. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), he has Red Cross training in CPR/AED, and is insured by Hoffman Insurance Services, Inc..

Joe's other military experiences include graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Airborne, Ranger and Air Assault Schools, and serving tours in Korea and Iraq. After leaving the Army Joe earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration and worked for military and veteran advocacy groups. He currently volunteers with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Joe works with people at all levels of fitness from high performers to those who are new to personal fitness or have been away from exercise for long enough that they could use some assistance starting again.
