Session Plan

Each session is carefully planned.  We cover many areas of fitness including: flexibility, balance, core development, stability, strength, stamina, cardiovascular and aerobic conditioning, power, speed, quickness, and agility to name a few.  We develop well-rounded plans for each individual session, and each session builds off results of previous sessions.  We have various pieces of exercise equipment that we bring to sessions.
