Fitness Equipment used and recommended by Kinematics Personal Training

Below are some of the most common training tools we use.  Much of the training equipment we use is available at Amazon.com.

For exercise bands we prefer Bodylastics and FitCord brands.  Both have protection from bands snapping.  Bodylastics bands have a cord on the inside of the tube which makes them look like most other brands of exercise band.  Like other bands, these should be used with a soft anchor point (preferably neoprene lined), or sleeve when used under foot.  FitCord has a covering over the band which provides external protection.  These bands are much more bulky to transport, but do not require any additional protection when anchoring or placing under foot.
