We're back!
The Social Distance Circuit is a 10 station total body workout routine (listed below). The design is to perform an exercise at each station for 40 seconds and then rotate. There are recommended exercises at each station as well as additional other suggestions. If there is no line for the circuit then there is no rush through anything. The stations are set up on the trees by the north lawn so that there is social distancing, and each person has their own set of handles to take from station to station.
