We work with a wide range of fitness levels and specialize in corrective exercise, injury prevention, and post-physical therapy exercise.
We use gradual change for long-term results and avoid "shocking" the body. Fitness and exercise plans are made specifically to fit your goals, experience, and schedule. Nutrition advice is optional and available at no additional cost.
Our assessment process allows us to make your exercise program to safely and efficiently meet your goals based on your schedule and your fitness level.
We will meet you at a convenient location where you feel most comfortable training. Your living room is a perfectly acceptable place to train. If you don't think you can get a great workout without leaving the house you may be surprised by what simple-sounding adjustments we can make to exercises to make them more challenging and fun.
You have multiple options of how to keep track of workouts. We can set up a format to fit your workout the best way for you to use it. From good old paper (we like 3x5 cards) to Google Docs, YouTube or mobile apps, we help you track your progress and make better decisions on next steps.
